Outgoing President Shari was celebrated in a "Debunking" ceremony. The 2019-2020 Rotary year presented many obstacles, but the Millbrae Rotary Club was up to the challenge. In person luncheon meetings became Zoom gatherings, and the club pivoted many of the planned projects to package and distribute face coverings, assemble and distribute plastic face shields, and donations were made to fund the Mills High School Rapid Release Fund and the Millbrae Education Foundation Pandemic Rapid Relief Fund, as well as funding meals for essential workers including Peninsula Hospital, Millbrae Post Office, Millbrae City staff, and many other groups.
