For more than twenty years, Millbrae Rotary and Mills High and Taylor Middle School Interact Clubs have partnered to host the Kids Carnival for Millbrae's children. Boswick the Clown makes a fun appearance, and over 300 children participate in games, facepainting, and a hot dog lunch.
