Master Gardener Cynthia Nations addressed Millbrae Rotarians to speak about small changes that can be made in your garden that can have a positive effect on the environment. The UC Master Gardener Program designed the California Garden Web to serve as a portal to organize and extend the University of California's vast collection of research-based information about gardening to the public. Information about water conservation and alternatives to chemicals and pesticides were discussed.
