This was our 4th e-meeting; we only had 20+ attendees. We used Zoom software with call-ins as well as video.  Our presenter was 9.9 out of 10 for any other club that wishes to hear of an insider to the most famous musicians in Marin.  His contact information is at the end of this bulletin.

INSPIRATION QUOTE OF THE DAY:
PP Ken T provided a short background of how he is working at home as his office is closed.  It has been a very tough two weeks as many clients were quite panicky about their life's savings and investments.  The market is a bit more even now.  There was a major Bear Market followed by a Bull Market; this was a first in Ken's memory.  LeAnn has been a god send as the software Ken uses at home given his limited eye sight, is not the same as the one in the office.  Having someone who can see the screen has been very helpful.  Since Ken can not really give investment advice to anyone but his clients, he did bend the rule a bit and his magic words for all of us in regards to all that we do now are: Stay Calm.

GUESTS AND SPECIAL SONG BY OUR NEWEST PROSPECTIVE MEMBER:

Tycho P, Ryan, Maryam, Lara , Barbara L joined us from St Miguel in Mexico as well, Bob Minkin the guest speaker ! :-) (Every member was present except for two; this was so awesome)

Tycho treated all to a beautiful song to get our meeting going.  THANK YOU Tycho.  If you wish to read about her and hear some of her great music online:

She sang a Japanese song and sent this translation per Per Elect Cammie's request:

Tycho is our newest prospective member.  She lives in Tiburon with her 9 year old daughter.  Tycho is a very gifted individual.  She right books, helps kids with technology, sings, write lyrics to her own songs and puts together products from items such as old electronics that people throw out.  She was approved by our membership committee.  Next the Board will review her application and then if approved, the members at large will have chance to also have their say.  We will be inducting Maryam, Nima, Ryan as well as Tycho hopefully on May 6th meeting.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
  • Board meeting on Saturday at 4:00 PM.  All members are welcome to join in.  For the new members, this is one of your five requirements to go from Red Badge to Blue.
  • The Membership Committee will be on Sunday at 9 am for Tycho.  All members are welcome to join in.
Both aforementioned meetings will be in Zoom.
