Club meeting - formal

• Grants recipients' representatives will each speak briefly on their organisation and how the grant will benefit their operations.

• Short presentation by student representatives - "Hands Up to Help" group. 

Members are asked to donate and bring a "Care Package" contribution for the group's current project to be distributed by the Community House to people in need.

Items include - deodorant for men and women; toothpaste/toothbrushes; soap or body wash; shampoo/conditioner; sanitary products; razors for men and women; moisturiser; "luxury items" (like chocolate/chewing gum/etc)
