Norma Davis Visits STRC

The African Sanitation and Water project has now expanded to incorporate the school facilities in many communities. Norma and her team at Eglington Rotary Club has done a tremendous job in

undertaking the project which was started by Ron Denham and his team.

 

STRC donated $4000.00 to the project last year and these funds are being combined with the Riff Valley water project which is now part of this Water and Sanitation project in Africa. The need for water in the schools and village communities is a constant challenge and with the Global grant which was applied for to meet the needs of this sustainable project, we hope to provide six(6) schools with proper sanitation and Water facilities. 

 

Norma indicated the work to build new 30,000 gallon tanks will meet many of the current needs in the local communities.
