In order to give us more time to sell, we are changing the rose delivery date to Tuesday, October 29th.  Orders must be returned to Tom Atmore by October 14th. Lollipop or red rose price is $25.00 with a vase.  Send completed order forms to Tom Atmore at tatmore@comcast.net. Please consider selling 20 dozen roses or please consider donating the profit for 20 dozen roses ($227.00) to the WSP/MH Rotary Foundation.  Sell Sell Sell!

Our annual beer and wine fundraiser is currently in process.  Get your $10.00 tickets to sell from Bob Gullick.  Raffle drawing will be November 13 at the Copperfield Restaurant in Mendota Heights.  Grand prize for wine is 25 bottles and second is 5 bottles.  Grand prize for beer is a wall of beer (approx 25 six packs) and second is 5 six packs.  Please bring some beer and wine to the meetings before November 13th.  Thanks for coordinating this Bob!

1 - $930 was raised by those helping with the Prior Lake Music Festival.  The board approved the money going to our November 26 Ethic's Day with students from Two Rivers High School

2 - We are holding on requests for money until we are finished with our fundraisers.

3 - If another Rotary club has a request for funds, they will have to come and present to our Club.

4 - Next Loaves & Fishes is Oct 29 and Sept 7.

5 - Don McCall will pick up our Prior Lake profit.  Thanks Don!  Especially since they meet at 7:00 on Sept 11.

6 - November 13th is the wine and beer raffle drawing at Copperfield.

7 - Sadly, Rayna Bullock's father passed away in Arizona.  Our club is donating $100 to Can Do Canines in her families name.

8 - Next board meeting is via zoom on September 17th at 7:30a.m. Notify Dave Hanson if you'd like to attend.

The board would like to have local businesses present a 3 minute introduction to their company at each meeting.

Please let Dave Hanson know if you have someone and he'll add them to the meeting schedule.

One 3 minute presentation at each meeting would be the goal.
