Minnesota Council on Foundations

More from Susie Brown:

I’ll talk about philanthropy today, trends and observations, and what that means for addressing community needs.

Here’s what you can say to introduce me (use what you want, cut the rest):

Susie Brown has served as the president of the Minnesota Council on Foundations since 2019. She and her team provide service and leadership to Minnesota’s philanthropic institutions, as they seek to use their resources to advance prosperity and equity in Minnesota. Some of Susie’s recent professional roles have include executive director of the Hennepin County Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Foundation, and public policy director for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. She has a bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and a masters of public administration from the University of Vermont. She is a native of Lake St. Croix Beach, and currently lives in St. Paul with her husband Tim, who is from Roseville, in a house they purchased with the assistance of their Realtor Ginger Overbye in 2002!

See you soon!
