Speaker Assignments List

Check out the link to see which month you have been assigned. You have a team of people to help find speakers for each month.  Also, check ahead in the upcoming Speakers calendar because sometimes we have booked people in advance (i.e. District Governor is coming in Sept., Nancy has requested her State of the District talk in October, etc).  If there are 5 Wednesdays in your month, feel free to contact the Vocational Chair (Bernadette) and she will find one or two of our own members to give vocationals for one of your Wednesdays.  After you know who your speakers are for each date, send the bulletin editor (that would be me) an email with the speaker's name, title, topic and if they have any technology needs like a projector or laptop.  If it is your speaker for a particular week, you are responsible for introducing the speaker and for doing the invocation that day.  If you hesitate about praying in public, you can find a substitute pray-or.  Any questions, ask the editor.
