Happy New Year Rotarians! The new Rotary begins on July 1st and would like to share some highlights of our club’s past year. Though our membership remains modest numbers, we should not be modest in celebrating our accomplishments. We lived out our club’s motto, “Having Fun While Making a Difference”. We prepared and served more than 2,500 meals over ten nights with the Loaves & Fishes program. Once again in the spring and fall we picked up litter discarded by dreadful litterbugs along Delaware Avenue. Charter member Ginger and her husband Jack hosted us one final time in their Lake Owasso home. We enjoyed another social get together in the spring at the Blackstack Brewery while packing food for Harvest Pack. We truly do make a difference AND have fun. Invite your friends to join our fun.
BTW, Presidential Eggs will be served on my last Wednesday as President.
