Moonstruck is on Sept. 17 and we need YOU to do the following:
- Golfers - get Teams for Moonlight golf. We can accommodate up to 26 teams. (we have 8 teams)
- Sponsors - we have several levels of sponsorship from Holes to Platinum. (we have 3 Silver and 5 Hole)
- Beer/Wine - bring in a 6/pack of craft beer and your fancy bottle of wine to a meeting (Bob and Marv are collecting the booze) If you can't bring in beer and wine, give money to Bob and he'll buy it for you.
- Silent Auction items - we need stuff to sell at the Silent Auction so solicit your donations and bring them to a meeting (William is collecting) We will be doing a Live Auction too (see below)
- Dinner guests - we need people at the event to buy stuff (working on the super good heavy-app buffet)
- Raffle Tickets - we need everyone to sell 20 raffle tickets for the Beer Raffle and Wine Raffle (see Bob)
- Trinkets - if you have left-over marketing items, we are collecting them for the golfer-goodie bags. (See Dave H.)
- Sign up to help! - we will need people present to help with the evening from entertaining guests to standing at holes and guiding the golfers
