Amy Hansen joined us this Wednesday. She is the Associate Director of Donor Relations for Nonviolent Peaceforce, Canadian Citizen and mother of two.
Did you know that we have this organization working here in MN to help resolve conflict in non-violent ways? Who would have thought? They also serve Ukraine, Iraq, Philippines, Sudan and the Conga along with many other countries in unrest. What brave people we get to meet through West St. Paul-Mendota Heights Rotary Club!

A big day for me as well. I received my first(I hope of many) Paul Harris Awards. Rotary is an amazing foundation that is doing so much good around the world and here at home.
Paul Harris was the gentleman that started Rotary in Chicago in 1905. This award is given to those who contribute substantially to Rotary financially.
