Board meeting recap

We had a Board meeting last Tuesday and here's a recap of what we did:

Confirmed that Ethics Day is scheduled for Wed., Nov. 16 at Thompson Park. Katie Lowe volunteered to MC the event! Details are forthcoming...
Moonstruck netted about $20,000, and Vision Loss Resources will receive $8,000 from our proceeds as the designated charity - thanks to all who helped
Sadly, but officially accepted the resignations of Bud Shaver and Mark McNeill
Gladly approved a donation request of $500 to the Friendship Club, sponsored by BankCherokee

The next Board meeting is Oct. 18. Anyone is welcome to attend and see what we do in the secret back room.
