Board Meeting Recap

 
We had a Board meeting last week and here's what we did:
  • Donated $360 to Common Hope, a scholarship program sponsored by the Puerta Vallarta Rotary Club with whom Ginger and Jack Overbye have a great relationship.
  • Donated $1,500 to MOMS (Making Our Moms Successful) to start their emergency fund and children in need fund.  MOMS provides mentorship to single mothers in Dakota and Scott Counties, providing support networks and resources.
  • Donated $1,000 to Breath of Hope, a lung cancer awareness organization, for their radon education program.
  • Rayna reported that she is working on our Charter Night event to celebrate our Club's 26th birthday.
