This week's speaker is Gloria Beverage, President of the Rocklin Historical Society. She will share the latest news and events and the Society's mission to generate community interest and support for the preservation of Rocklin's Heritage.
District 5180 Governor Visit
Last week, we had a special meeting with Steve Turner, our District 5180 Governor. He joined us for the governor's annual visit to listen and learn from our members, share program updates, and recognize contributions.
Randy is recognized for reaching his second Paula Harris Fellow.
Christine is recognized for all she does for the club—the South Placer Rotary Star.
Hot Chili Cool Cars
The 31st annual event took place last Saturday, September 21st. Featuring the area’s coolest cars and fiercest chili cooks, all competing for bragging rights in the Classic Car Show and Chili Cook-off.
It also featured the coolest booth promoting our Club and the Brewfest, featuring Chris and Rich manning the booth below.
Barktoberfest
Barktoberfest is a free, family- and dog-friendly community festival on Saturday, October 5th. It features a morning Wag & Walk, awesome vendor booths, and food trucks.
