This week, our new member, Pranil Shankar, with Spade Security, will introduce himself to the club and give a vocational talk. As you may recall, Spade Security is our Brewfest security services provider. It will be a great talk, and I hope we get to learn more about the security robot.
RUSD Speech Contest
Last week, we had an exceptional group of Rocklin Unified School District students present on the Magic of Service. Students from local high schools work with their advisors and Rotary representatives to develop and present a speech to the sponsoring Rotary Club. The winners then advance to the District Semi-Finals and the National Final. Cash prizes are given at each level.
