🎉 Brewfest 2025: A Toast to Success!

This year’s Brewfest was nothing short of spectacular! With an estimated 2,500 attendees, we celebrated our community, local craft brewers, and good vibes under the summer sun.

🍺 Cheers to Our Brewers

The craft and home brewers were a standout hit, earning high praise from all sides. Not only did they bring incredible flavors, but they also expressed how welcome and supported they felt. This truly is the “best festival in the area.”

👑 VIP Experience: First Class

Our VIP guests enjoyed a first-class experience. Thanks to a great caterer and a top-notch team, the VIP room flipped in just 13 minutes. Guests enjoyed a relaxed vibe, music from the patio speaker, and a seamless flow of food, all without the hassle of buffet lines. The VIP space continues to evolve into a premium experience and is being eyed as a recruitment tool for next year, complete with flyers and QR codes.

🌭 Food, Games, and More

The lines at the food vendors were short and smooth, never exceeding five or six people per line. The game tent opened early, adding to the festive spirit, and the auction tent held strong—stay tuned for results next week.

🎶 Entertainment Highlights

The band kept the crowd dancing and engaged throughout. We plan to bring them back next year, with a shaded canopy added so guests can beat the heat while they groove.

💧 A Curveball Handled with Grace

One unexpected moment came when a water line was accidentally damaged, causing minor flooding. But thanks to the City of Rocklin’s prompt response, service was restored by the afternoon, and the event barely missed a beat. In fact, the emergency rerouting helped us discover a better flow for separating VIP and GA ticket lines.

Our Step & Repeat photo area brought smiles and social shares. The pictures will be key in marketing next year’s event — and judging by the fun people had, we’ll have plenty of great material.

✅ Efficient Check-In & Happy Guests

From swift ticket scanning to a well-staffed entrance, check-in was a breeze. On-site ticket sales worked smoothly, and even during peak times, lines never exceeded 20 guests. A big thank-you to Price Johnson for providing the pop-ups!

As guests exited, their smiles said it all—although next year, we’ll post someone at the gate just to say “thank you and goodbye.”

This Brewfest was a celebration of collaboration, community, and creativity. From Club members, volunteers, vendors, brewers, to the band — thank you for making it unforgettable. Let’s raise a glass to an even better 2026!
