This week's speaker is Eric Nielsen, the General Manager of South Placer Municipal Utility District. He will share updates about SPMUD, the community, and the agency's strategic plan.
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
Last week's speaker was Kris Wyatt, the Lincoln Rotary Club's youth service director. She discussed Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), a program offered by Rotary International and sponsored by local Rotary clubs. RYLA is an intensive leadership training program that focuses on developing leadership skills and fostering a sense of community among young people.
We also inducted a new member into the club. Below is Ken Moss welcomed to the club.
Rocklin Heritage Street Faire
Our Club had a booth at the Rocklin Heritage Street Faire to build support for the Community, Club, and our upcoming Brewfest. The Rocklin Heritage Street Faire was a day packed with excitement and celebration of our town’s rich history and vibrant culture, and we had many visitors to our booth.

Rocklin Brewfest
Attention: Only a month away from our big fundraising event.
Did you know…
It takes around 100 people to run the event. All active Club members are expected to participate, so please sign up to volunteer if you haven't already.
The Rocklin Brewfest is Placer County's Premier Beer Event, put on by our club, the premier club of District 5180. This is our big fundraising event, so don't forget there are many opportunities to serve and support the club. Reminder: We are all on the committee, so let's get out there and sell some tickets.
