THE CLUB LEARNS ABOUT TECHNOLOGY FOR TODAY'S STUDENTS

Susanville Sunrise Rotary's presenter this morning, Robert Talley, IT Director at Lassen County Office of Education, noted the change in student use of technology. He said that high school students now use their phones in class to fact check and research what they're learning. He also noted that an elementary student who found a mistake in a Wikipedia article and notified Wikipedia was surprised to find that his information was later inserted to replace the incorrect material.
