We're getting ready for the new Rotary year with some strategic planning at our next membership meeting. It will be a Club Assembly. No guest speakers.

Club Vice President Chuck Alvey will lead us through the planning process.  Here's what we'll be doing during the meeting:

A board member-director-committee chair will facilitate at each table.  Each person at the table will be asked for one idea based on the ten high interest areas that came from member survey of a couple of weeks ago that we might consider implementing during the coming years.  The facilitator will list that item with the member's name on an easel and ask for a show of hands for those who agree with or like the idea.

After everyone at the table, including the facilitator has offered at least one idea, the facilitator will let each member vote for his or her top 3 ideas on the list.  The total votes will be tallied and the top three ranked.

Then the facilitator from each table will report to the entire group their top ideas.

All ideas will be taken to the Board Retreat!
