"After many years of practicing law in areas such as contracts, human resources and litigation, I have now become a mediator. I am utilizing my expertise in conflict resolution to assist parties in settling disputes outside the courtroom thorugh mediation and arbitration. I believe that mediation especially is a better method for resolving disputes than using the traditional legal model. Although arbitration is more like conventional dipute resolution, it allows for a much faster result than using the court system."
