The Rotary Club of South Lake Tahoe is gearing up for its annual major fundraiser, The Great Car Sweepstakes.  Each year, the Rotary Club of South Lake Tahoe offers a chance to win $25,000 cash or $25,000 towards the purchase of any car sold by CardinaleWay Toyota.

Twenty five finalists' names will be drawn on April 24, 2013. On May 1, 2013, the twenty five finalists will each draw a key.  Only one key will open the vehicle door - indicating the winner.

Each raffle/donation ticket costs $50. Only 2,000 tickets will be sold.  

Along with the chance to win the $25,000, each ticket purchased will include special offers and coupons from local merchants:

  • Edgewood Tahoe - $75 green fees
  • Nepheles Creative California Cuisine - $25 towards the purchase of a bottle of wine with dinner
  • Tahoe Keys Deli - Buy one 6" sandwich get one free
  • Lake Tahoe Golf Course - 2-for-1 green fees
  • The Fresh Ketch Restaurant - Buy one entree at full price and receive the second of equal or lesser value free
  • Lake Tahoe Cruises: 2-for-1 aboard the Tahoe Queen or the M.S. Dixie II
  • Passaretti's Italian Restaurant - 20% off entire check
  • The Beacon Bar & Grill - Buy one entree at full price and receive the second of equal or lesser value free

If you'd like to purchase tickets, CLICK HERE for our ticket order form.  Print out, complete and return the order form to us via U.S. mail and your numbered ticket stubs will be entered into the drawing.  The receipt portion of your ticket will be returned to you with your ticket numbers and discount coupons.

A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold. 25 lucky tickets will be drawn on April 24 2013. On May 1, 2013 each finalist will be provided a key and the winner’s key will open a vehicle. You do not need to attend to win. A proxy can attend for you, or one will be appointed. 

The winner can choose a one-time cash award of $25,000 or $25,000 toward the purchase of any vehicle available at Cardinale Way Toyota. You must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license to enter. 

All proceeds help fund the South Lake Tahoe Rotary Scholarship Program and Community Projects.
