Rotary Scholarships

"Rotarian of the year" Mike Flanigan presents the scholarships at Quincy High School.

This year Mike presented three $750 academic scholarships to Maya Belsher-Howe, Jennifer Mathis, and Rachel Hannah.

The big $3,000 FRC scholarship went to D.J. Davis.
