Welcome to a New Year - 2025-2026 - of Rotary. Quincy Rotary has a new President JoDee Johnson, the District has a new governor Larry Harvey who visited Monday with a new Area Executive Governor Randy House who also visited and joined in the fun at the Plumas-Sierra County Fair.
