In place of a speaker, last Monday was a Holiday Social enjoyed by all!
We had a wonderful Holiday Meal! Kudos to Colin Ammerman of DeBord Catering for the fabulous Prime Rib Dinner with bacon wrapped roasted asparagus. Delicious!

- MHS Basketball - Following the inspiring presentation last week by MHS Varsity Basketball Coach Sean Taylor, Rotarians were invited to attend that Moline vs. Galesburg basketball game at Wharton Field House Friday December 2nd.
- Butterworth Center / Deere-Wiman House Christmas - Stacy Klingler invited Rotarians to attend the "19th Century Christmas" displays at Butterworth Center and Deere - Wiman House on Sunday December 4th, noon - 5pm.
Remembrances - Moment of silence and ringing of Rotary bell for:
Werner Paulsen, well known Moline home builder for over 60 years, died November 20th at age 84.
Alexandre Keuffer, brother in law of 2013-14 Rotary Exchange Student Antonio Abreu Leite, died November 23, 2022 in Para de Minas, Brazil at age 32. Alexandre married Antonio's sister Veronica four years ago and the couple have one daughter. Youth Exchange Officer Gary Francque met Alexandre while staying with the Abreu - Leite family in 2015, and have been Facebook friends since. Antonio was very close to his sister and brother in law. Please pray for this Rotary family.
