Humble Dwellings provides people in need with basic, clean, respectable furnishings to start their lives anew. Gently used donations and support mean so much to Humble Dwellings and their clients. A helpful list to review before donating items is available on their website here. They request that you deliver your donations to their storage unit in Eldridge if you are able. If not, they can provide transportation and movers. They are always in need of good, gently used items. Please keep them in mind when you can. They also kindly ask that you wash all bedding before donating. Please no couches or other furniture with rips, stains or tears. Humble Dwellings is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. |
During each month, Rotarians can earn tickets that go into a jar. One ticket for every time you participate in a club service project, two tickets for each guest, five tickets if you sponsor a new member. During the last meeting of the month, we pull a name and give the card.
