Last week we were joined by Aaron and Sara Webb, owners of the Spotlight Theatre in Moline. Aaron told of his journey in theatre starting in 3rd grade with Junior theatre in Davenport. He continued thru high school after which he made the decision to move to LA to pursue his craft. He had many successes, particularly in improv comedy eventually working with Second City in LA. After meeting his wife, and later expecting a baby, they decided that LA wasn't compatible with raising a child, so they thought to try life out in the QCs. They were attracted, not only because Aaron's family is here, but because of the vibrant arts community in the Quad Cities. The Spotlight Theatre has a full schedule of upcoming shows. Plus, Comedy Sports is starting again in November. Special events, like a Beatles Tribute band, "A NIGHT WITH SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND" is one night only, October 28th!
