A moment of silence and sounding of the Rotary Bell was held for:
Moline Rotarian Harold "Hal" Welser, who passed away on November 15, 2022 at age 88. Hal joined Rotary in 1985 and retired as former co-owner of A-L-L Equipment, Moline. Services were November 26th in Bettendorf. His obituary is here.
Hubbard "Hub" Neighbour, father-in-law of Moline Rotarian Jeff VanEchaute, and law partner of Rotarian Robert Noe, passed away on November 15, 2022. Mr. Neighbour was a well known attorney and Moline Foundation board member in the Quad Cities for many years. His obituary is here.
Our sincere condolences to the families of Mr. Welser and Mr. Neighbour.
