Friends and Family:
I just had to share these pics of Sierra Leone with you as they touch my heart so much and I believe will encourage you. They are the peoples of the Village of Tardi. They needed funds for seeds for foods, tools to cultivate the soil, and clean water wells for their village where they walk in some areas two hours one way to carry clean water for their families.
. I was honored to help move this project forward thru as President of our Moline Rotary this past year with supporting funds from the EM Rotary, Milan Rotary and RI Rotary. We could not have accomplished this without many hands of support from our wonderful local Rotaries who stepped up with their arms and hearts wide open this last year! These pictures are our brothers and sisters across the world preparing the soil, gathering the seeds, preparing the tool shed for the tools that we supplied them and then the beautiful crops that are growing because of the support that we gave to them. They said that they have never seen crops like this ever in this region. They needed extra support to make a threshing floor for the abundance of harvests that are coming in to feed their families.
