Annual Family Picnic

Reno South Rotary Annual Famil Picnic is scheduled from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, September 12 at Bearmat Picnic Area in Galena Creek Park. Results of the recent survey regarding this event indicate that the members' format preference is that each individual family/group will provide their own side dishes, beverages, cups, plates and flatware, and the Club will provide the main entree consisting of steaks and shrimp. The estimated cost will be $20.00 per person; however, the final cost will be based on the total expenses divided by the number of members and guests who actually attend the event.

You MUST RSVP to this invitation with ALL of the names of each person attending in your party's reservation. The Regional COVID-19 Incident Management Team has recommended and Washoe Count Parks has implemented a policy limiting social gatherings to less than 25 people through the months of August and September, so we must know everyone who will be attending this event in advance for this reason and for planning the main entree quantities in advance.

Deadline for reservations is the end of the day next Friday, September 4th.
