Overview of GPS Swim Art: Process, Execution and Portfolio Highlights

Join us today to hear from Jim Hart. In the expanding world of GPS Art (e.g., Strava Art), Jim Hart stands out as one of the very few GPS artists to create his art by swimming.  Jim will provide an overview of how he tows GPS devices while swimming in Lake Tahoe tracking his position to create a variety of shapes and silhouettes.  The presentation will discuss the equipment Jim uses, the track/route planning and execution and will explain how the GPS position data are post-processed to create the final GPS swim art images.
