Final Music Fest Meeting Train Depot - Tonight 6:00PM

News and Updates from 3/16/16 Regular Meeting at Kelley's in case you were not there:

 

Johnny presented the original "Foundation Bylaws" that were filed with the State on May 19, 2015 to set up the Foundation and get the ball moving forward.

Keith motioned to approve the original Foundation Bylaws, Larry 2nd, Motion unanimously approved.

The Foundation Committee that was previously put in place will discuss any future changes to the original bylaws that may be needed.

 

Johnny asked for Nominations of the Foundation Board resulting in the following (Voting Minutes are on file):

 

Chad Gormly, Foundation President

Keith Thompson, Foundation President Elect

Cheryl Harris, Foundation Secretary

Wendy Del Bello, Treasurer (Wendy removed from regular club treasury position, Bobby Martinez installed as Regular Club treasurer- see minutes).

Larry Buehler, Past President

The Mud Run was cancelled due to ground conditions at Briscoe park, refunds will be provided. Mud Run may be rescheduled for the future later in the year.
