Club member Al Strachan was once again honoured this Rotary year for his continuous support of The Rotary Foundation and the great work the Foundation does in responding to humanitarian needs throughout the world.  On June 18th, Al was recognized for achieving an additional Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) level; this time a PHF+5 level.
 
 
Tom Paterson, the club’s Foundation Committee chair, recognized Al’s achievement and shared how his donations are making a difference for so many destitute people and communities in the world.
The Foundation Committee of the Rotary Club of Kelowna Sunrise, along with the members of the club, congratulate Al and thank him for recognizing the need to support those in need.

As the club draws to another ending of a Rotary year, the Foundation Committee extends its thanks to all of the members who support the Foundation and extend congratulations to the fifteen members who achieved a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF), an increase in level  or a Major Donor level during the 2020-21 Rotary year.  A breakdown of these achievements include 3 PHF, 4 PHF+1, 2 PHF+2, 1 PHF+3, 1 PHF+4, 1 PHF+5 and 3 Major Donors.
