Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment

For a number of years the Rotary Club of Albury North has conducted the Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN).

 

This program is conducted in May, normally at the Howman's Gap YMCA camp. Howman's Gap is located in the Victorian Alps next to Falls Creek Alpine Resort.

 

The camp is targeted at Year 10 students from North East Victoria and from Riverina towns in southern New South Wales.

It seeks to develop participants both mentally and physically through a number of team building and confidence building challenges.

 

The camp has been described, over the years by participants, as life changing.
