The Rotary Club of Albury North has hosted the Youth Exchange Program for over 20 years.

Long-term exchange is for students between the ages of 15 and19.  The exchange lasts a full academic year, and students attend local schools and live with multiple host families in the country to which they have been assigned.  Students learn a new language, discover another culture, and truly become global citizens.

There are now short-term exchanges, that last from several days to three months. These are often structured as camps, tours, or home-stays that take place when school is not in session.

Rotary Youth Exchange inspires young leaders to serve as a catalyst for peace and social justice in their local communities and throughout the world, long after their exchange has ended. This program is possible because of the dedication, leadership, and passion of the tens of thousands of volunteers — Rotary members.
