As our final event at the Hotel 540 (will re-open in April as a new brand), Kamloops Daybreak Rotary were proud to sponsor Basics for Babies. This annual event sees community donations of diapers, formula, and baby food and it raises money and awareness of the need for continued support for the most vulnerable members of our community.
We had a great group of Rotarians out to support the event and to present a cheque to the Kamloops Food Bank. Despite the earlier date, this was a record-breaking year for donations. Kamloops Daybreak Rotary are proud to support the Kamloops Food Bank and their vision of a Hunger-Free Community through their core vales: Sharing Food. Feeding Hope. Strengthening Community.
