Rio Grande Rotary (club #1330) is a dedicated group of Southern New Mexicans volunteering our skills and resources to solve the issues affecting our community here and around the world. Rotary Values
Rotary International is a global network of more than 1.2 million people dedicated to putting Service Above Self and creating a lasting positive change at home and around the world. We are united by shared values, laid out in the 4-Way Test of the things we think, say, and do:

Our Areas of Focus
Rotary is dedicated to causes that build international relationships, improve lives, and create a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever. Our 7 Areas of Focus are:
- Promoting peace by preventing and mediating conflict, and helping those impacted by war & unrest.
- Fighting disease through initiatives like PolioPlus.
- Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, sharing expertise with local community leaders to make sure projects succeed long-term.
- Saving mothers and children from the devastating effects of malnutrition, poor health care, and inadequate sanitation.
- Supporting education by promoting literacy and reducing gender disparities in access to school.
- Growing local economies by creating opportunities for entrepreneurs & community leaders, especially women, in impoverished communities.
- Protecting the environment through sustainability-focused initiatives.
Our Club Is Making a Difference
Rio Grande Rotary has a 50-year history of create lasting change in the world, in our communities, and in ourselves. Our multiple literacy and youth development projects (ask us about RYLA!) create opportunities for young leaders to grow their impact. We work with district & global partners to tackle urgent issues through fundraisers, collaboration, and good old-fashioned sweat equity.
