Allison Smith has worked with the New Mexico Legislature since 1994, starting as legislative staff and opening her own government relations business in 2006.

Her clients include the New Mexico Restaurant Association, Aztec Well Servicing Company, the New Mexico Groundwater Association, the New Mexico Association of Foodbanks, the New Mexico Coalition of Mainstreet Communities, InnovAge – Greater NMPACE and TW Telecom.

Allison has served as board chair for the New Mexico Association of Commerce and Industry and Jardin de los Ninos; serves on the board of Mesilla Valley Hospice and the advisory council for the Roadrunner Food Bank of Southern NM and is currently the public relations chair for the Mesilla Valley Rotary Club.
