Members of San Antonio West Rotary 1907 Deliver Gifts to Jerry D Allen Elementary - December 12th, 2023
Christmas arrived early for several underprivileged children and families who attend Jerry D Allen Elementary School near Lackland Air Force Base on December 12th, 2023.
Dwayne Hopkins, Jerry Hardy, John Paul Sullivan and Dan Van Syoc played Santa Claus, representing San Antonio West Rotary Club 1907.
Santa and his helpers delivered happiness to eight of the neediest of the student families at the nearby elementary school where we have partnered for years.
Toys, clothing, and a $100 gift card were given to given to the selected families and children, which included two headed by grandparents, a single dad grieving over the recent death of a wife and mother, and others headed by single moms.
