President Rocky called the meeting to order sometime in the late afternoon.
Attending were Rocky, Rollo, Ken, Bill, Marlene, Jim B, Jill, Greg, Sharon, Pati, Pete, Scott, Laurie, Dale. Missing was Tim this months Northwind reporter, Pati ably filled in.
Visiting Rotarians: Bill Kirby, Carson City
Guests: Marge Laidlaw with Scott.
Announcements: Boarding meeting next week 4 PM at Metcalf Hodges.
Laurie announced June 11th networking at 5 PM, be prepared to give a short presentation.
Ken announced Duck Derby August 24th, tickets soon, soon,soon!
Youth Fair - Bill and Pati judged exhibits and events; Jim, Jake, and Laurie interviewed team leaders for scholarships.
May 14th is the Youth Service Awards at Northwood Hall. There will be a special assessment of $35 to pay for lunch for the members and our guests.
Happy Bucks: unrecorded. Apologizes to all that generously gave.
Fine master Marlene: $1 for WEARING a Rotary Pin?!?!
Jim B for telling Marlene to behave, with a diaper remark, something about no bathrooms so take diapers along.
Scott, a man of few words.
$2 for not being in a convertible lately.
Ken for wondering why Marlene's property tax went to Planned Parenthood.
Rocky - rude that the Dodgers beat the Mariners.
Program: Dale Holt reporting on The Career Fair
There're will be an even higher number of students next year. Excellent feed back from the students.
