MEETING TO ORDER:
President Greg Thulincalled the meeting to order at 12:30 and led us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Gary Tomsic gave the invocation.

ANNOUNCMENTS:
(1) There will be no meeting on July 3, 2008. The Board Meeting for that day is moved to July 10, 2008.
(2) Our new president Tim Villhauer announced that committee assignments for the 2008/2009 rotary year are being passed around. Please make corrections on the pass around or email Tim at
timvillhauer@yahoo.com
with any changes.
(3) Bill Grace is passing around a Roster and asks everyone to update their info if necessary and initial off when done so he knows you have looked at it.
(4) Larry Pollett announced that Dick Donahue's knee replacement surgery went well and he's doing okay.
HAPPY BUCKS:
Outgoing president Greg Thulin gave $21 happy bucks - $12 for serving the past twelve months as president, $4 for the officers he served with and $5 for each of the Board of Directors. Tim Carpenter for Greg Thulin serving as president last year and for Dick Donahue doing well. Dan Baker for John Aubert's birthday. Jim Bliss also had happy bucks for John Aubert's birthday. Rome Sarwas for the Supreme Court supporting the Second Amendment. Mel Hollinger for seeing Bob Bowman today. Paul Cooley gave $21 for his 21st wedding anniversary. FINEMASTER:
Scott Wallace was Finemaster today and he announced the Wallace Rule was in effect today, except for Jack Curnow. Stan Brunner was fined for having no banners. Anyone wearing a tie was fined as was anyone who ate more than one cookie. Jack Curnow was fined $5 for giving Scott grief about the "Wallace Rule". Brian Finnegan was fined for something. All Mariner fans were fined for the new management changes. Tim Carpenter for wearing such a nice tie today. Anyone living in the city limits was fined because of ongoing water issues. If you ride or own a bicycle you were fined because parking will be removed from a number of blocks on

PROGRAM:
Our program today was the induction of new officers and directors for the 2008/2009 rotary year. The induction was performed by outgoing Assistant District Governor Bob Morse. The new officers and directors were asked to stand next to the podium to take the oath of office. Standing were Sharon Robinson, Paul Cooley, Maureen McCarthy, Gary Tomsic, Chuck Tull, Marlene Sexton and Greg Thulin - missing were Randy Carr and Dan Parsons. Bob Morse gave the oath to all but new president Tim Villhauer and all accepted. Bob then gave a separate oath to Tim Villhauer who also accepted. Bob then announced that he is retiring as Assistant District Governor on June 30th and introduced his replacement, our own Larry Pollett. Congratulations to all new Officers and Directors and our new Assistant District Governor Larry Pollett! Tim Villhauer then took the podium and awarded Greg Thulin the Past President's pin. He then told us about the great time he had attending the 99th annual Rotary International Convention in
