BANNERS: Alphabetical display of all the districts in Washington with blanks for those that are missing. PROGRAM: Timothy J. Villaneur gave a presentation on fundraising. The key theme of "service" is deftly woven through rotary strategic planning, mission, motto and program description. He indicated that the fund raising train has left the station and all members are on board and participating. The goal of the club is to raise $25K to match Mel Hollinger's $25K gift and then boost that to $175K with matching grants. An Auction and Raffle will be held March 11 at the Bellingham Golf and Country Club and 100% participation by all club members is needed. He encouraged members to start working on acquiring auction items and think about who to include on the invite list. A fall raffle is also being considered.
