This section is intended to assist upcoming program speakers with their presentation to the Rotary Club of South Whidbey Island.  Thank you for sharing your time with us!

> Please provide a brief bio, including your background and expertise on your subject matter for the Program Committee Chair to use when introducing you.

> No direct solicitation of a product or service is permitted.

> Brochures and other literature are helpful and welcome.

> We recommend 20 - 30 minutes for your presentation and 10 minutes for questions.  Visual aids are encouraged. If possible, please e-mail your presentation to the Program Committee Chair for preview.

> For live meetings, speakers should notify the Program Chair of any audiovisual requirements you may have.  A projector, screen, and computer may be available but is not guaranteed. Breakfast at WiFire is provided by the Rotary Club of South Whidbey Island.

> If presenting via Zoom you’ll be able to share audio and video by selecting Share Screen and clicking on “Share Computer Sound."  If you do not have the Zoom desktop client you will only be able to share video.  The Zoom host can share audio and video with all the participants if you send us a copy of or link to your material beforehand.

> As a matter of fairness to all concerned, the Club has adopted guidelines regarding speakers who represent a particular political or social perspective, speaking on a matter of debate, or when a topic has more than one side to be voiced. In such cases, the Club will determine the appropriate venue to allow a balanced presentation of the issues for members to consider.
