Shelterbox
 
ShelterBox delivers humanitarian aid and relief on a worldwide basis in the form of material and equipment that provides shelter, warmth and comfort to people displaced by natural and other disasters.
Each ShelteBbox contains up to 2, 10 - person dome tents, thermal blankets, water purification tablets, a multi-fuel stove, tools and other essential equipment.
ShelterBox, the largest Rotary Club project in the world has raised over $40 million and sheltered over 550,000 people in 44 countries. 
 
Polio
Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for more than 30 years, and has made incredible progress in the fight to rid the world of it forever.
Today, as a founding partner of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, Rotary has helped to reduce polio cases by more than 99.9 percent.
If all eradication efforts stopped today, within 10 years, polio could paralyse as many as 200,000 children each year.
Rotarians Against Malaria
 
The Rotary Club of Mandurah Districts supports Rotarians Against Malaria (RAM) which belongs to a world community service that aims to control and ultimately eliminate malaria. RAM supports elimination in five partner countries: Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Timor Leste and Nusa Tengarra Timor (Indonesia).
