District Governor 9465  Wayne Milnes awards Rtn Norm Mulcahy  a Paul Harris Fellowship

Norm Mulcahy joined Kwinana Rotary Club in 2006.

Norm has been very active during his service to our club.

More recently Norm has been our Sergeant-at-Arms, a role at which he excelled.

He recently traveled to Jakarta and assisted in refurbishing a run down school.

Norm is rewarded with a PHF for his exemplary continuous service to the community.
