Council on Legislation Keith attending

President Neil gave an overview of Keith's work at the District Council on Legislation he is currently attending. There are a lot of significant proposals to be considered being some 117 enactments and 16 resolutions that will affect the way Rotary International, District and Clubs operate. These are important changes and members are encouraged to read the proposals and any comments or queries contact Keith.
