Shed Happens – Men’s Health & Wellbeing Gathering

You’re invited to join us for an honest, relaxed, men‑only evening of connection and conversation.

Shed Happens is a safe space for blokes to come together, share a yarn, listen to real stories, and support one another through life’s challenges. There’s no pressure to speak — you can talk, listen, or simply be part of the room.

It’s a spot where you can open up and chat about the stuff you can’t always say at the pub or at home. A place to be real, be honest, and get that worry off your chest without judgement. Just good blokes looking out for each other.

Your night includes a burger and a soft drink for $10. And please don’t stress if money is tight — if you can’t afford it, come along anyway and we’ll shout you. Shed Happens is about looking after each other, not adding pressure.

This is a drug‑ and alcohol‑free event to ensure a respectful, supportive environment for all men.

If you’re looking for connection, encouragement, or just a night out with good blokes and good food, Shed Happens is for you.
