s campaign marks since 1996 and continued uninterrupted throughout the years. The project is conducted with the Jordanian Blood Bank & different partners and we managed to harvest 1000s of units through conducting special blood donation days at hotels, which allowed easy and clean access to the process. .. Also we started a campaign in Aqaba in 2019, but this was stopped due to Covid. During the Covid pandemic in 2020, we adapted the blood donation and started using the Blood Bank’s bus, and, with corporation with insurance companies we are still going strong and with an increasing number of campaigns and donations.

It was agreed that the future of Rotary clubs will depend on the search for different approaches to enhance membership while focusing on the impact of our lovely projects . .. Incoming Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta urged members to become more involved in service projects, saying that caring for and serving others is the best way to live because it changes not only other people’s lives, but also our own.

Mehta, a member of the Rotary Club of Calcutta-Mahanagar, West Bengal, India, revealed the 2021-22 presidential theme, Serve to Change Lives, to incoming district governors on 1 February during the Rotary International Assembly. The assembly, a yearly training event for district governors-elect, was originally set to take place in Orlando, Florida, USA, but was held virtually because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2023 Rotary International convention will offer endless inspiration for the year to come.
