This morning Tyson Powers came to tell us about his trip to RYLA! RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a life-changing leadership training program for young men and women where leadership skills and principles are learned, developed and enhanced in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Not only did Tyson enjoy his week at RYLA, he was asked to come back next year as a counselor and he told them that he was interested! Tyson is a Junior at FDSH and is the grandson of Daybreak Rotarian Maureen Powers.
