Join us this Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 4:00 pm for fellowship and fun on the York County rail trail as part of the Uptown York Rotary Club meet up for wellness and fitness.
Unless it is raining, we will meet at 4:00 pm sharp on the south side of the trail at Grantley & Kings Mill Roads - mile post 20, near the Rotary bench of course! This is across the street from the starting place of our annual rail trail clean up (the Kinsley Engineering Center at YCP).
Bring your family, friends and fellow Rotarians to bike, run or walk with our participating club members on the rail trail. No fees, no pressure - just healthy fun!
The journey can be as long or short as you like - but the goal for cyclists will be to ride at your own pace to the Howard Tunnel (approximately 5 miles each way).
Reminder to bring plenty of water and a piece of fruit, power bar or other snack - we will take a break at the tunnel before heading back.
